Nevaeh

It's been a while since I made another angel oc, so here is Nevaeh. She's one of the higher-ups, but isn't an Arch Angel; just like Stephen. Nevaeh helps guide angels-in-training in the right direction of their course and tends to the Prayer Chamber (A place where prayers are stored).
